1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using FLIP! ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

FLIP! is a free-to-play mobile game featuring gravity-flipping endless runner gameplay. The app includes optional in-app purchases and advertisements.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this app. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

4. In-App Purchases

• The app offers optional in-app purchases for virtual currency (coins, gems) and cosmetic items (skins)
• All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be transferred or exchanged
• Refund requests should be directed to the platform store (Google Play or Apple App Store)

5. Virtual Currency

Coins and gems earned or purchased in the app are virtual items for use within the app only. We reserve the right to modify the pricing, availability, or functionality of virtual items at any time.

6. Advertisements

The app displays advertisements including banners, interstitials, and optional rewarded video ads. Ad frequency and type may change. You may purchase an ad-free experience through the in-app "Remove Ads" option.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the app
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party tools
• Manipulate leaderboard scores or game data
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the app, including but not limited to graphics, audio, game mechanics, and code, is the intellectual property of Centurion VR and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or virtual items.

11. Updates and Modifications

We may update the app or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may require you to update to the latest version to continue using the app.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the app.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
