Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how the AIN’T. mobile application (the “App”) handles information when you use it. The App is owned and operated by Ali Ameen Rana (“we”, “us”).
The short version
- The App does not collect, store, or share any personal information that you provide.
- You do not create an account. There is no login.
- The App displays third-party advertisements provided by Google AdMob, which may collect device-level identifiers and ad-interaction data.
- All gem content shown in the App is bundled with the App at install time. No network requests are made to fetch gems.
- A simple lifetime counter (the number of gems you have viewed) is stored on your device only. It is never transmitted off the device.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personally identifiable information directly. The App has no sign-up, no account, no profile, and no input fields for personal data.
The App stores the following locally on your device:
- A lifetime count of gems revealed (an integer). Used to schedule occasional interstitial advertisements.
- Standard application caches managed by your operating system.
None of this on-device data is transmitted to us or to any server.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob, a service operated by Google LLC. Google may collect certain information automatically through the AdMob software development kit, including:
- Device advertising identifier (a resettable identifier provided by your operating system)
- Approximate geographic region (derived from your IP address)
- Device model, operating system version, and language
- Information about how you interact with advertisements (impressions, clicks)
Google uses this information in accordance with its own privacy policy to serve ads, measure ad performance, and prevent fraud and abuse. For full details, please review:

You can limit ad personalization at any time by adjusting your device’s advertising settings (commonly under Settings → Privacy → Ads on Android).
Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The App contains absurd comedic content intended for general audiences; if you are a parent and have concerns about your child’s use of the App, please contact us using the address below.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share any user data. The only third party with access to information through the App is Google AdMob, and only to the extent described above for the purpose of serving advertisements.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA / similar)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or California, you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. Because we do not collect personal information directly, most data subject requests should be directed to Google through its AdMob and account settings. Security
Because we do not collect or store user data on our servers, there is no server-side risk surface. The advertising SDK communicates with Google’s infrastructure over HTTPS; please refer to Google’s documentation for details of their security practices.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the App following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
